Situation
The 3 Standard apartmens are on the ground floor of the building. There are on two floors, with on the ground floor the kitchen and lounge area (with a picture window opening on a balcony facing east), a bathroom-toilets with a window. At the -1 level is the room with a window (facing east), and another bathroom with a window (no toilets on this floor)

Lounge / Kitchen (25 m2)
The kitchen has a fridge (fridge 201L + freezer 72L), an oven, induction hob with a hood , a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a toaster, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and kitchenware (pan, pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses, mugs and bowls, ...). The Superior apartments are on the first and second floor of the building (no lift).
